1. Exchanges
Products purchased through Dr. Boyner Clinic’s website are eligible for exchange only if they arrive damaged or defective.
- Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through the website.
3. Custom Products
Custom foot orthotics and insoles are made specifically for each individual and, therefore, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments for foot scans or consultations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
