Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below this amount or for cash-on-delivery (COD), a nominal shipping fee may apply. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Packaging & Handling

Exchange & Refund Policy
Please note, we do not offer refunds, as most products are custom-fit or used for therapeutic support.
Returns will be accepted within 7 business days of product delivery, strictly for issues related to sizing or fitting.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your order will be exchanged, and the replacement will be dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
To reduce the need for exchange, we strongly recommend reaching out to us via WhatsApp before placing your order for sizing and product guidance.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
Product Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer package is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
If an exchange is needed, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
